Cactus or Succulents
Ow, I just learned that the plural of this plant is cacti, cactuses or just cactus. Woah. Imagine, three plurals! Well, what do you expect from a plant with so much much much thorns. I am not really a flower guy, I'd rather just be a simple plant. I just want myself with lotsa leaves and leaves all over me. Upon searching more, this plant's name originated from a greek word kaktos. I think, Im'ma keep the english word.
In botany, succulent plants, also known as succulents, are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word "succulent" comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning juice, or sap.
