The exotic fuchsia flower is quite unique in it's shape, as well as it's striking two-tone colors. Fuchsia plants will look great just about anywhere but grow best when hanging. These beautiful flowers are great just about anywhere in your garden. However, you will find fuchsia growing best in hanging baskets on the patio.

Ow, I just learned that the plural of this plant is cacti, cactuses or just cactus. Woah. Imagine, three plurals! Well, what do you expect from a plant with so much much much thorns. I am not really a flower guy, I'd rather just be a simple plant. I just want myself with lotsa leaves and leaves all over me. Upon searching more, this plant's name originated from a greek word kaktos. I think, Im'ma keep the english word.

In botany, succulent plants, also known as succulents, are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word "succulent" comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning juice, or sap.

Lilyturf is great for removing ammonia from your indoor environment! Lilyturf, or also commonly known as Monkey Grass. At this point in the season, the sooner the better. Some people use a lawn mower or a weed eater. If you wait until later in the season and you start to see the new shoots coming up, don't cut low enough to get into that new growth.

I am a flower, a small bloom savored with sweet nectar. Sometimes I am red. Sometimes a pink, a yellow, or a peach. I am rarest with white. Children loves me as I have this ethereal drop of sweet fruit juice. I call this ambrosia. A liquid only gods and goddesses can drink. Yes, I am a Santan.

I grow on most occasions and on most places. In your heart, in your solitude. I grew weary to be simple and yet I am.

I am a flower. I bloom. I wither. And yet, I give you hope that after this season, I'll come back.

A fun houseplant to collect, Mickey Mouse plant provides almost all seasons' interest. Gorgeous bright yellow blossoms, that then has green seeds that ripen to a shiny black groupings over sepals that turn bright red giving this plant its common name! This ornamental shrub invades bushlands and forms dense thickets which are difficult to remove. It has yellow flowers and later black seeds with red sepals still attached and sometimes mistaken for flower. This is one of those weeds that doesn't respond very well to control with glyphosate. A basal bark application of fluroxypyr and diesel is generally the most effective control technique for this weed.

The flowers are slightly larger then the species, with a light center. It needs some sun for good fall color, and thrives in moist to wet soil. Reliable, low maintenance, ground cover that will wander through your borders year after year. Hardy geraniums are not difficult to grow from seed but you can grow them from bareroots which is even simpler.
